Accessories Policy

Please note that accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to proceed with your request:

  1. Click the "Return Dashboard" Button above.

  2. Log In using your registered email or mobile number.

  3. Select Your Order – You will see a list of orders eligible for return or exchange.

  4. Choose Items – Select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  5. Complete Your Request – Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your request.

For COD Orders, no bank details are collected at this stage.

What Items Are Returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Clothing should be unwashed and unworn.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Accessories are non-returnable.

Please note: Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

Return and Exchange Charges

  • A nominal handling charge of Rs. 150 applies for all return and exchange requests.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

For COD Orders:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a Razorpay link.

  • You can securely enter your bank details and claim your refund amount.

For Prepaid Orders:

  • After successful inspection of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

Exchange Timeline

  • After submitting your request, the product will be picked up within 1-2 days.

  • Your exchange item will be delivered within 10-12 days from the pickup date.
